Penro Construction specializes in the construction of municipal infrastructure.  Penro installs utility mains such as water, sewer, and storm sewer.  Along with the construction of the mains, Penro also builds structures and plants associated with the pipelines, including lift stations, booster stations, well houses, water treatment plants, wastewater treatment plants, and lagoons.

Construction specialties include:  excavation, sitework, utility installation, concrete formwork and flatwork, carpentry, and project management.
